I quit eating poison and gluten in 2011, and learned not to trust eateries that think they know what they are putting in their food.

A restaurant owner offered her soup of the day, and I told her I didn't eat gluten, so she said she didn't put gluten in the soup. I asked to see the can of soup base that she used, and the first ingredient was wheat flour.

And people have not gotten any smarter since then.
