In that summer of the Tea Party, conservative activists packed the town-hall meetings of Democratic congressmen and peppered them with hostile questions. It was an early sign of the abiding opposition that Obamacare would encounter, and the prelude to Democratic defeats in 2010, 2014, and 2016.

It's funny how things change and what goes around comes around. And then there's all the hypocrisy. The shoe has changed feet. Those who were disgusted by the uproar at the town hall meetings in 2009 are now causing the uproar at town hall meetings. And those who supported/instigated the 2009 uproar at town hall meeting are the ones that are all disgusted by what they previously supported.
What goes around, comes around.
