Nearly every freight train crossing the border from Mexico into El Paso, Texas, has illegal immigrants on it, marking a major increase in one of the more dangerous methods of jumping the boundary, Customs and Border Protection said Monday.

I'm not sure hopping a freight train gives you more than a 50/50 chance of survival anyways, even if no one is trying to stop you. Especially when it's a dream, and they're likely high on drugs or stoned on weed. Fall off the train in the desert middle of nowhere, nobody even knows they're dead.

You can't identify a bottle of pills or packet or pouch of drugs by X-Ray. Even nukes or explosives are hard to detect anymore.

Which means, all they are really after with the X-Rays is guns.
