Biden's plan is to cram as many migrans into the country as he can. Then they would be dependent on him (or another Democrat) to be able to live her without being deported.

Problem for Biden is th southern states that he flew migrants into have rebelled and sent the migrants north to blue cities (New York, Chicago, Denver etc) , causing huge problems for those cities.
