I'm fairly certain that asylum seekers must accept the first offer from a nation and not move from country to country until they receive one they enjoy.

I've been following somewhat the G20 and COP26. Just from the undertoned reactions and reporting, is it a case in which European nations are missing Chinas presence there? The nation they deem to be the one most sovereign and able to replace America? France is already pushing for nuclear power to be deemed "green energy" as they are a top nuclear energy producer and don't want to decimate their economy and futures to feed some global activists agendas.

There caravans will continue, all to the great delight of Americas adversaries.

A massive caravan of thousands of migrants has rejected an offer of humanitarian visas for some of the travelers, and is continuing with its journey to the United States border.

The Mexican National Institute of Migration said in a statement that it offered humanitarian visas to women and children in the caravan, but said it was rejected by leaders of the caravan, which set off from southern Mexico last week.

One of the leaders told Reuters that they were distrustful of the authorities who they said had broken promises to them in the past -- and that the deal involved them reporting to government shelters and possibly being moves across states.

The migrants, currently in Ulapa, will leave later Saturday and head to Mapastepec as they walk at night to beat the heat of the day as they take their chances to get into the United States via the southern border -- where there were more than 1.7 million migrant encounters in Fiscal Year 2021.

Organizer Luis Garcia Villagran had told Fox News earlier this week that there were approximately 4,000 migrants in the caravan, with 1,256 under the age of seven, over 400 between the ages of seven and 18, more than 100 babies under one and 65 pregnant women.

In Canada that's true. If you're looking for refugee status and you cross America to get to Canada, the Canadians will turn you around and send you back to America.

The law is different in America.

I think we should change it so that if you have to cross a safe country to get to America, we can refuse to allow you entry.

Uh oh- midterms are coming up in a year. Time to run the tried and true Migrant Caravan story from 2012 again....and 2016...and 2020...

Rejecting the offer automatically renders the asylum claim of every one of these migrants (notice how we’ve gotten away from illegal aliens) invalid. They are no longer seeking asylum from their home country once they surge into ours.

We’ve seen the film of thousands of scofflaws just barrel their way through Mexico law enforcement officers. What person in their right mind wants people like that in this country? Don’t we have enough uneducated, unskilled lawbreakers as it is?

Many of them are fleeing from cartels tha operate in mexico. So that requirement would be waived. That requiremement only applies in cases where the countty that offered them asylum can reasonably guarentee safety. Mexico is ran by the cartels, so no ance of that.

I agree. No way should they be allowed into the US.

Asylum seekers my ass.

To bad Mexico doesn't have their Army at their Southern border like they did when Trump was POTUS. They wouldn't allow any of them into Mexico.

They should be immediately deported back to their respective shit holes for failing to accept the first offer of asylum.

We have a Statue of Liberty.

Both China and Russia were conspicuously absent. So much for a global consensus on climate change.
Meanwhile, another wave of hordes of illegals draw closer.
