Diversity is the enemy of excellence.

It used to be that NCAA sports was the biggest manifestation of our un-seriousness about higher education. That distinction has passed on to the awful campaign for "diversity and inclusion."

Does it occur to anyone that the academic performance of POC's in our grade schools and high schools (which is uniformly dreadful) predict definitively that there are simply not enough academically qualified POC's in the U.S. to populate all the demands of POC students, faculty, administrators, and so on?

Women? Arguably, yes. But POC's, not on your life.

Or do they think that somehow between high school and college, America's Blacks and Hispanics take a smart pill that enables them to do college-level work?

The whole thing is preposterous.
