There was rampant Prog voter fraud in 2016. That is why it was after 2 A.M. when Hillary conceded. They were trying to overturned the close states and they overturned a few close ones. I made it clear rampant voter fraud is lie. There have been instances of voter fraud but they are rare. In a study IIRC out of billions of votes cast since 1972, 1500 may have been the result of fraud. Even that number may be overstated.
