Where are the arrests, or proof that the 0bama White House had anything to do with the IRS asking questions about partisanship. Where are the charges or the convictions. This was a rogue IRS employee short-cutting the requirement of reading every application by doing a word search for the word "conservative" to see who to do further checks on, and Tea Party groups going batshit crazy over having to answer questions.

The law suit was only settled because Trump wanted to make it look like this wasn't a big nothing burger. Had it proceeded, it would have been tossed.
