The examples I gave are of OBVIOUSLY marginally qualified black women, based on their job performance. Anyone thinking that limiting the choice to the 6% of the population, and excluding 94% from consideration, and thinking these three didn’t hired get because they were a combo of female+black, is denying what was already admitted to. I didn’t discredit EVERY black person as an affirmative action hire. But when the hiring manager says “only black females will be considered for this job,” then yes….they got their jobs because of being female blacks.
