Tijuana Government Reeling, over 100 Members of Migrant Caravan Arrested on Criminal Charges

Tijuana.- The Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) reported that, as of Thursday, November 22, there had been 127 detentions of people of Central American origin, in which four offenses of the criminal law were highlighted, in addition to the fact of a Honduran who injured a Haitian man with a knife.
