The terrible thing is, half the time you don't realize it's one-hit stuff until you've had 4 hits or so, and you're at, say, a birthday party for your grandma. Or a parent-teacher meeting.

Negative. I've smoked virtually every thread known to man. I've smoked herb that would paralyze a moose. I've never taken just one hit from something. Always at least a bowl. And you get a minimim of 6 hits out of my bowls (12 if I'm feeling spunky and creative).
