And what was it at this time before Bush was out of office?

Gas prices spiked pretty high at several points during his administration.

Yep it's still there. They do not come out of the cage much, it's self serve, you know. I use Credit, for Business, easier for the Records. Most of the Sunoco's around here, charge different for cash or credit, It is my first choice fuel, when in the right neighborhood. .The Cash Credit thing gets Much worse generally on Long Island, out East.
