Wrong on many levels.
The Harris-Biden administration is highly selective about when they comply with FOIA and when they don't. That's a common problem at many government agencies on all levels.
But the DHS, in particular, has a long record of stonewalling information that the American people and their elected officials need to understand what our government is doing. You're concerned about "fascism?" Look no further than these agencies illegally keeping information from us.
Melania Trump is angered over the Department of Homeland Security's decision to release her late mother's immigration records. The includes sensitive medical and personal details about Amalija Knavs and was disclosed just eleven days after a Freedom of Information Act request. Knavs's lawyer expressed outrage, calling the release an egregious violation of privacy, and vowed to seek protective actions. The file contained highly personal information, including her home address, medical records, immunization history, travel details, and her U.S. naturalization test results.
You think eleven days is a typical wait time for FOIA information from DHS? Make a request for information about Obama's father and see how long you wait.
Obviously, someone at DHS ran across this file and had someone request it so it could be released two weeks before the election.
As far as I know, nothing incriminating was found, it's just enuendo.
