No....they are protecting a law...not a liberty...there is no liberty to forcing another human to arrange flowers for you when they don't want to....that used to be called slavery....and sometimes skilled slaves were allowed to keep some money for their work...sort of like this woman.........
she doesn't have to arrange flowers. She's more than free to get out of the flower business. You see, having a business is a choice, and once you choose to have a business, you have to, you know, live by all those rules governing business.
Her individual religious liberty is not being protected.....even though it is actually enshrined, in actual words in the Bill of Rights....while abortion had to be made up......
Actually, abortion would happen no matter what the court rules. The court was merely reflecting actual practice.
This isn't a matter of "religious liberty". Her business is not a church and her business doesn't have religous beliefs.
