No, I've condemned Hamas terrorism many times, I've stated clearly that the Oct 7th attack was a terrorist attack, it meets the definition of a terrorist attack. So I do not "justify" it at all, I simply apply the same standard to Israel and point out that Israel does this on a far greater scale than does Hamas.

He didn't say what is claimed.

He didn't say it in that speech, he may have said it elsewhere, perhaps an interview after his speech. Anyway its reported in the Israel press that he did say it.
