Here we never disclose juvies too. If he was 18 as here, whole other story. He is still the responsibility of mama and papa. Of course he should be tried as an adult, but juvie law is very delicate and situational.

There are a few states that would try him as an adult automatically at 17 here and considering that he killed 2 people then he might qualify to be waived to adult court in several states here. That said, the media is always salivating and exploiting.
