Some programs will see massive cuts. Defense will be increased. Medicare and SS will; not be touched. That means other programs that impact ordinary people's life will see severe cuts. In addition, Republicans want to protect tax cheats by cutting IRS funding. In addition, they want to get things they can't get through Congress by holding this country hostage. Biden should say hell no and Democrats should put this up for a vote in the Senate so Republicans can go on record.
