Maybe we should quarantine off Metropolitan areas.

Perhaps if Trump declared martial law, we could use the national guard to quarantine off metropolitan cities like New York, Detroit, Los Angeles etc. We place soldiers at all roads in or out and use drones to scan gaps between the roads. No one would be allowed in or out. We could build detention centers as temporary jails for anyone who attempts to break quarantine. Food and supplies could be flown in.

Of course the air force would have to enforce a no fly zone around the cities. This way the rest of the country could open up and produce supplies to help them. It would be for their own good as much as for the rest of the country.
