Matt Walsh: America isn’t a nation of immigrants

You aren't able to sum it up?
Same thing I have said for years: We are a nation of settlers and colonizers. And there is nothing to be ashamed of that. They built a nation on their own, with savage Indians attacking them.

They want to claim all the land was owned by Indians, yet there only about 7 million for the entire lands of USA and Canada. The vast majority of the land was not occupied by anyone.

.

And we have heard over and over that the concept of "owning the land" was totally abstract and foreign to the indians.

How can one be robbed of that which one does not own?

.

That is not an opinion, son. It's a fact.

I realize you can't tell the difference though, so I don't hold it against you.
.

Thanks for sharing more of your opinions.

Although your opinion that I am your son is sort of bizarre.

A "nation of immigrates" has always been a canard after the first generation of legal US Citizens are born here.
It was never used as a canard.

Most Americans are proud of that heritage. Even many folks who were brought here as slaves to do the dirty, hard work. Irish immigration was significant but not large before about 1835.

Ask the Indians. They eventually got wise to what the white people were doing.

That’s how the Pilgrims wound up at war early on. Same in Virginia, and also in New York. The Dutch had to build a wall across lower Manhattan to protect themselves from the Indians (hence Wall Street.

This is just white supremacist hocus pocus.

Like a lot of these reactionaries on X or on podcasts, he doesn’t really have much to say.

He spent half of the podcast reading X posts. Then he did a long plug for Hillsdale College’s BS.

Eventually he seemed to get the idea that he ought to say something of substance.

I only got as far as the BS about population density before the white folk showed up.

Since that is of no real significance, I gave up.

I never got to the part where he attacks the idea that we are a nation of immigrants.

Just about everyone except the remaining Indians, is descendent from people who came from somewhere else.
