Like a lot of these reactionaries on X or on podcasts, he doesn’t really have much to say.

He spent half of the podcast reading X posts. Then he did a long plug for Hillsdale College’s BS.

Eventually he seemed to get the idea that he ought to say something of substance.

I only got as far as the BS about population density before the white folk showed up.

Since that is of no real significance, I gave up.

I never got to the part where he attacks the idea that we are a nation of immigrants.

Just about everyone except the remaining Indians, is descendent from people who came from somewhere else.

Yes, we are a nation of settlers and colonizers. White settlers had the vision. But clearing forests and chopping tobacco was hard work and labor intensive. They bought slaves to do the work.

And when the steel mills rose up along the Monogohela people from Eastern Europe got off the Zulu cars and went to work charging blast furnaces.

Immigrants all.

This idiot claims to be defending history. instead, using very tortured logic, he’s trying to rewrite it.

I’m a Native American and I have no indigenous tribal lineage.
Reservations stopped the cycle of genocide that had persisted among North America’s indigenous tribes for centuries. Be grateful.

Thanks for that. I'm just guessing that being NA you have a tribal lineage but you're just not aware of it. Were you raised on a reservation? To which genocide do you refer? Conflicts between tribes before the white man came along?

Dances, etc., paint an incomplete picture. With an agenda.
White man brought progress and Christianity which led to the end of genocide. If whites had been as ruthless as the indigenous, reservations and reneging would have been moot.
