St. Patrick’s Day, 4th of July, any given Tuesday… they don’t really need a reason.

From what I understand the area used to be THE place to party downtown. Bars, restaurants, & night clubs were all teeming with people on weekends looking to cut loose.

Now, it's mostly "vibrant" folks like those in this video.

Last summer, some knucklehead shot 9 people on this street at bar closing time.
