Ok then whats the point of showing an example of a one off gun crime in a highly restricted country. It’s insignificant to the point. How about looking at the gun crimes per Capita over the course of a few years. Where is it less? Britain or USA?

It is not insignificant.......the gun violence in both the Netherlands and Sweden are increasing as immigrant drug gangs fight each other.

You would like to limit the discussion to a few years because that would hide the fact that governments that banned guns murdered 15-20 million people.......that did not happen in the U.S.......and guns in the hands of U.S. citizens do not cause an increase in gun crime. Criminals, constantly released by the democrat party cause our gun crime numbers.....taking guns away from normal citizens is pointless for stopping gun crime...but it does make it easier to commit mass murder against them....as the 20th Century demonstrates with close to 200 million innocents murdered by left wing, socialists.

No, there is less gun crime because they have had different cultures than we have had. Now, with 3rd world immigrant drug gangs, they are facing what we were facing in the 1980s-90s with our drug wars. The drug gangs need guns, they get fully automatic military rifles all across Europe. These gangs do not fear or respect the European police, and the violence in the Netherlands, Sweden, France is spreading.....

Not easily acquired. Illegally acquired which means law enforcement can bust them. If it was legal and unregulated to get them then it really would be easy. The problem would be far worse.

Easy now, you’re going into repeat mode and falling away from the discussion. You can show all the one off examples that you want but it doesn’t refute my point that making them illegal and is still a harder route for acquisition. And more importantly it allows law enforcement to act before violent crimes are committed

No....catching known criminals in possession of an illegal gun allows the cops to arrest them.....this has the virtue of leaving normal gun owners alone.

Huh?? That’s what I said. Catching a criminal in possession of an illegal gun allows the cops to arrest them. If the gun wasn’t regulated then they couldn’t arrest. This is a benefit to making the Autos illegal. Otherwise it would be easier for gangs to obtain

We can already do that......if guns are not regulated, they still can arrest criminals with illegal guns. You don't have to register gun owners, you don't have to register guns, you don't have to have training fees, taxes, or mandatory training to arrest criminals captured with guns.

We have all the laws we need to stop gun crime. Our problem is the democrat party refuses to arrest and jail them....democrat party judges, prosecutors and politicians keep letting them out of jail and prison. Stop the democrats, leave normal gun owners alone.

are you slow? They are criminals. They can't buy, own or carry a gun legally there or even in the U.S. If they are stopped, and found to be in possession of the gun, they can be arrested under the law right now.....even in the U.S.

You want to outlaw guns for even normal Americans...in order to prevent criminals from getting illegal guns...guns they simply get illegally........I would rather focus on arresting criminals, and leave law abiding people alone.....

That is where we are different. You want normal Americans helpless in the face of violent criminals, I want criminals arrested and put away for a long time.
