My Aunt and Uncle (dad's brother) lived their adult lives in College Park. They loved it, but that was a long time ago. My mom and dad, lived a few short years in Baltimore. I understand they could not wait to get out, even way, way back then and moved to Western Kentucky, where I was born and raised.

Definitely all about power and control, nothing to do with science, medicine or health. The socialists are flexing their propaganda muscles in several different ways to test us: they are learning to make people go along with something that is obviously and demonstrably false.

It seems they are pushing the next phase very quickly: as the fear from an unknown "new" virus subsides, they are planning a war that will escalate quickly so that people will become engrossed and afraid of that. The control structures they've put in place will be solidified: non-elected, often unnamed, government bureaucrats now control your health care options and your freedom of movement. With a war going on, how dare anyone question these new facts of life? It's in your "social contract" and it's your duty as a free citizen to comply. War is peace. Slavery is freedom.
