The Brett Kavanaugh hearings exonerated the Justice, but they did point out a major crisis in Montgomery. Testimony indicated that weekly drug and booze fueled parties by Catholic school teens are commonplace.

The failure of the County to investigate Rape when imposing this bullshit shows how misplaced their priorities are.

They decided that 7 days with more than 50 new cases per day per 100K would trigger masks again. They are now at 60 new cases a day for seven days so the masks are coming back until the numbers drop below 50.
