Marinated Cheese

This is one of my favorite things to play with. The combinations are practically endless. It is quick, cheap, easy and allows you to build whatever flavor profile you want.

Anybody here do it too and have some interesting combinations that have put together that surprised them at how good it ended up being?

You can buy the cheese already cubed, the herbs dried and the olive oil by the gallon. It only takes 5 minutes to do a basic one. Hell you could just pour oil and vinegar salad dressing in a bowl with cubed cheese and cut the prep time to 3 minutes
