Just another case of the election stolen tin foil hat crowd having no concept of what the words evidence, claims or proof actually mean.

You should read the full report. It says tht many signatures were verified by calling up the voter, and verifying they sent in a ballot, and verifying their ID with SSN, drivers license no. , Full Address, DOB , Full Name, and other identifying information they had on the voter.

And for level of training, board certification is needed in cases where signatures are being deliberately forged, by sometimes experts at forgery, involving cases of legal instruments, financial instruments, wills and trusts. Where millions of dollars are riding on whether the signature was real.

Much less is riding on a voters signature, as is the low likelyhood of the someone paying an expert signature forger, and being forged.

Most of their proof is in the form of, there were X number of ballots rejected at phase 1, therefore after going through two more phases of verification, the numbers submitted for information curing were much smaller than rejected at phase 1.

They have no idea of the numbers certified in phase 2 or 3, before alleging fraud.

There are a ton of other methods used for tracking and securing ballots, all of them far more relevant than a signature. It is about time we did away with them.
