If my Doc told me to quit eating butter I would find a new doctor

Well, I was just diagnosed with diabetes, and they wanted to cut out all the fats and salts and stuff to get a better reading over the year.

I was shocked to find out how little I actually ate butter. But still. I do like ICBINB.
Although, I do use REAL butter when making foods for friends. And I will use some on popcorn, but thats about it.

Margarine vs butter​

You use butter for cooking. Its the fat that counts.

You use margarine as a spread on cooked food. Its the taste that counts.

I like the product, "I can't believe it's not Butter" on my corn-on-the-cob. Spray mode.

Sorry you don't know what you're talking about. I knew a professional chef as my best friend for 35 years. You don't cook with margarine, it is basically plastic, but butter is for cooking and if you want, just fine as a spread as well--- tastes great but high fat content.

I think it is just a molecule or two from being plastic.

Like Crisco, which has a shady history, if you can find it. Started out as garbage.

No thanks. I prefer food that comes from God, not laboratories.
