March CPI report: Inflation surges to a brutal 3.3%…Thanks, Warmonger Don

We wouldn’t be paying these prices if Kamala was President

Dude, inflation under your Vegetable God peaked at 9 ******* percent. And you are whining about 3.3?

3.3% is "brutal" now?

LOL, So you're wishing for the days of 9% inflation under the demented vegetable eh?

You are all fuking tools. Inflation after covid was unavoidable. Just ask every other nation in the world which all had WORSE inflation. This war WAS AVOIDABLE.

There is a huge difference in getting shot and shooting yourself. We are shooting ourselves.

3.3% is a significant improvement from 9%, like 4.7% better. Don't you agree?
My position has consistently been that 3% is the more appropriate target rate for inflation, 2% is just too low. The problem with today's inflation is that it was completely avoidable. The tariffs were stupid and the war of choice in Iran was even more stupid.

LOL Your Vegetable God gave us 9% inflation and you voted to give him another 4 years. Talk about tools
Covid and OPEC cuts gave us inflation in 2021 dipshit. War and Tariffs gave us inflation in 2026. People don’t give us inflation, events do. The only inflation drivers that are in our control are war and tariffs.

You know this. You just love Trump’s Orange dick more than a healthy America.

Trump's reckless war in Iran is blowing up the economy right here at home.

The cost of gas is skyrocketing directly because of his foreign policy.

Turns out you can't start a massive Middle East conflict without everyday Americans paying for it.

We're the ones stuck footing the bill for his geopolitical disasters.
First I give you 2024 news of Trump attacking Biden because of a high CPI reading. Then the link to this month CPI below.

Thats before the Iran War.

The surge in inflation in the month this war and energy crisis have been happening annualizes to almost 11%. With still no plan to end either, this is concerning.
Good catch, you can bet no one else saw that .9% month over month increase in March for all prices.

The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 3.3 percent over the last 12 months to an index level of 330.213 (1982-84=100). For the month, the index increased 1.0 percent prior to seasonal adjustment.

The Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) increased 3.3 percent over the last 12 months to an index level of 323.500 (1982-84=100). For the month, the index increased 1.3 percent prior to seasonal adjustment.

The Chained Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (C-CPI-U) increased 3.1 percent over the last 12 months. For the month, the index increased 1.1 percent on a not seasonally adjusted basis.

Those are some huge ass numbers. The Trump nuts are crowing about an annualized rate when the month over month number is quickly exploding. We knew this was going to happen before the war in Iran started. It is the tariffs starting to spin out. And now, the Iran war, that effect is going to take a year or more to spin out and that is even if it ends today.

LOL from a cultist still trying to revive the Zucchini's limp noodle. Gave you 9% inflation and you and your cult responded "Thank you sir, may I have another" God in heaven,

Indeed, I get why some are not particularly perturbed by prices being up 3.3 percentage points since this time last year. That’s because they presumably don’t realize a point of that rise happened just in the last few weeks, which is an flashing red alarm.
