Sorry, but it's hard to find much info on this event. Over 60 Capital police officers were hurt and the damage unknown, funny GOOGLE wont allow me to search in depth on this, instead it keeps referring me to Jan. 6th insurrection. I get all sort of confusing crap instead. I remember it happened and it was just as significant as any other riot, let alone January 6th. Why no hearings on that event? Why are facts about it being erased?

Why aren't Republicans demanding or blocking this Democrat contrived witch hunt little Spanish inquisition of Jan 6th when the Democrats have FAR more to answer to? Jacksofnotrade: Democrats allowed, tolerated and endorsed race riots for a flippin year. Makes January 6th look like mole hill. Spare the sarcasm.

Nothing about it in thr NY Times for either the 21 or the 22. Is that another one of those crazy conspiracy theories you are so fond of?

The point I am making is: YOU can't find it. I got that date from a You tuber, I remember the event (not the specific date), but NOW its like it never happened. It happened. We know what happened on JANUARY 6th, because the MSM won't let us forget. Why is it so hard to find the date the Antifa attacked the US Capitol and hurt over 60 officers? Or verify it even happened?

That's because it DIDN'T happen! :auiqs.jpg:
Do you mean THIS?? I think this is the night Trump ran to his bunker like a little bitch! LOL.

Oops this never happened...NOT in March, it was in May instead. Mea culpa. But it did happen regardless. Odd thing, that liberal progressives smashed up and hurt at least 60 capitol policemen and it's hard to find the facts or the exact date on that...why is that?

Um this sort of makes my point. An attack on DC happened by Antifa in 2020 ( I remember it happened!) But then the liberal progressives create algorithms that wont let you actually find the facts or they alternatively block you from posting or won't allow the search engine to actually find all the bloody facts. So let the gas-lighting begin!

Apparently GOOGLE or SNOPES is the "gateway of facts" now. Snopes doesn't know its head from its ass, and Google will confirm anything its Chinese overlords tell it to. But the Antifa insurrection in DC never happened, because they say so. Really?

It's so hard to find because it didn't happen. You think that would be the first time somebody on youtube made something up? I believe you want to be a good person, but you believe anything anybody tells you if they pretend to be on your side. Think about all the other crazy things that turned out to be just somebody's imagination. FEMA prisons? Walmart Tunnels, Jade Helm, etc. You can stay in the alternative universe you are in where an attack on our capitol could just be magically erased from the memory of the entire country, and our military joins with Walmart to imprison most Texans and use secret tunnels to take them to FEMA prisons, or you can come back to reality. THat's your choice to make.

Well, it's not the same. That was a protest at the capitol. They didn't break into the capitol intent on forcing House and Senate members to either change their votes, or to completely prevent a vote.

They were Secret Service agents and special agents. Not Capitol policemen. And I don't remember any of those protests going anywhere near the Capitol.

Green apple versus a red apple.

As your article points out, three days of riot and violence in various areas of D.C. and on a scale far larger than seen on Jan.6, 2021. Just one of the first of many similar across several cities during the Summer of luv ~2020.

Civil unrest=sedition&insurrection of the political Left, the vastly greater scale of violence, assaults, arsons, looting, vandalism, etc. of both private and government property exceeds the event of Jan.6 to point of the couple hours "occupation" of Congress building is a drop in the bucket.

In the past year plus the Left has done more violence, destruction, injury and seditious insurrection than the left. One a scale of about a thousand to one!

This comment in your link is worth consideration;
"It is interesting that a single riot (never a protest) in Minnesota could so quickly organize and extend across the U.S. The fact that they tested the White House is an indication of community organized guerilla warfare that is going on against the nation. They need to find the source and the funding."

You can deflect all you want. Those protests that turned into some people vandalizing and destroying property were all rooted in the quest for social justice. January 6th was rooted in overturning the results of a free and fairly held election at the behest of the loser. It was a day designed to corner members of Congress and force them to throw out the 2020 election. The fact that the loser telegraphed for months he would scream fraud if he lost. It was insurrection. Treason. Sedition. Calling out for members to be hanged. Attacking police with knives, glass bottles, sharp ends of flagpoles, ransacking Congressional offices, breaking windows, trying to break down doors, waving every piece of white nationalist gear known to mankind, and even smearing their feces. Yeah, that was an "occupation". :rolleyes:

No deflection on my part, just facts and perspectives, details following shortly.
1) "Deflection" is what we see most often from Leftist/Libtards, such as with your post.
2) Judging from the extent of damage, looting vandalism, arson, assaults, more like a majority either doing actual or supporting and enabling those whom did such.
3) The majority of residents and business owners with the CHOP~CHAZ did not want such there or support it.
4) The Constitution allows for "peaceably to assembly", but not the chaos, mayhem and lawlessness we saw for weeks in Seattle, Portland and several other cities across this nation.
5) Doesn't matter what the "purpose", nothing in the logical and reasonable political spectrum of then justified the abuse and excesses seen. If your "quest for social justice" means you violate and infringe upon the "social justice" of your fellow citizens, your "cause" lacks legitimacy, ethics, integrity, and/or morals.
6) As an "Autonomous Zone" above and excluded from the laws of the city, state, and nation, this area was in effect a foreign and hostile nation within our borders and should have been dealt with militarily as the threat to national security it was.
7) Excerpt from Wiki link to follow;
" ... On June 7, the SPD reported that the crowd was throwing rocks, bottles and fireworks and shining green lasers into officers' eyes.[18] The next day, police boarded up their building and moved out of the East Precinct in an effort to de-escalate the situation.[21]"
Clearly on a scale above and beyond what was seen on Jan.6, 2021.
8) Sorry Nancy Pelousy soiled her depends that day, but IIRC there was no use or discharge of firearms or heavy weapons, no rogue military use of tanks, APCs, attack choppers in a "Seven Days in May" type coup;
"A coup d'état (/ˌkuːdeɪˈtɑː/ (About this soundlisten); French for "blow of state"), usually shortened to coup,[1] is the seizure and removal of a government and its powers. Typically, it is an illegal, unconstitutional seizure of power by a political faction, the military, or a dictator.[2] Many scholars consider a coup successful when the usurpers seize and hold power for at least seven days.[2]"
...
Rather, for a couple of hours a few hundred "extremists" ("jury" still out if some were fifth columnist plants from AntiFa) put there feet up on desks for photo-ops. No "storming of the Bastille" here.

9) As for the more dangerous and serious actions of you Lying Leftist Loonies a few months earlier;
EXCERPT:
...
The Capitol Hill Occupied Protest or the Capitol Hill Organized Protest[6][7][8][9] (CHOP),[10][11] originally Free Capitol Hill[12][13] and later the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ),[14] was an occupation protest and self-declared autonomous zone[1] in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The zone, originally covering six city blocks and Cal Anderson Park,[15][16] was established on June 8, 2020, by George Floyd protesters after the Seattle Police Department (SPD) left its East Precinct building.[2] The zone was cleared of occupants by police on July 1.[3][17] Its formation was preceded by a week of tense interactions between protesters and police in riot gear which began on June 1 and escalated on June 7 after a man drove his vehicle into the crowd and shot a protester near 11th Avenue and Pine Street.[18][19] Tear gas, flashbangs and pepper spray were used by police in the densely populated residential neighborhood.[20] On June 7, the SPD reported that the crowd was throwing rocks, bottles and fireworks and shining green lasers into officers' eyes.[18] The next day, police boarded up their building and moved out of the East Precinct in an effort to de-escalate the situation.[21]

The zone was a self-organized space, without official leadership.[22] Protesters united behind three main demands:

  1. Cut Seattle's $409-million police budget by 50 percent.
  2. Shift funding to community programs and services in historically black communities.
  3. Ensure that protesters would not be charged with crimes.[22][23][24]

Participants created a block-long "Black Lives Matter" mural,[25] provided free film screenings in the street,[26] and performed live music.[27] A "No Cop Co-op" was formed, with food, hand sanitizer and other supplies. Areas were set up for free speech and to facilitate discourse, and a community vegetable garden was constructed.[28]

The CHOP became a focus of national attention when President Donald Trump tweeted his disapproval on June 10 and 11, calling the occupants "ugly Anarchists" and demanding that Governor Jay Inslee and Mayor Jenny Durkan "take back" the zone.[5] Durkan described the area on June 11 as four blocks with a "block party" atmosphere;[29] on June 14, USA Today reported a festive environment and compared the protest to a miniature version of Burning Man.[30] The New York Times later contrasted Durkan's words with descriptions provided by local businesspeople, however, reporting "encampments overtaking the sidewalks ... roving bands of masked protesters smashing windows and looting [and] [y]oung white men wielding guns ... harangu[ing] customers."[31] The Star Tribune reported on June 22 that at night, the atmosphere became charged as demonstrators marched and armed, volunteer guards kept watch.[32] SPD Chief Carmen Best said that the department wanted to reduce its footprint,[33] later clarifying that officials intended to return officers to the precinct to respond quickly to calls.[34]

On June 13, Black Lives Matter protesters negotiated with local officials about leaving the zone.[35] The CHOP's size decreased four days later (when roadblocks were moved),[36] and it continued to shrink after shootings in or near the zone on June 20, 21, and 23.[37][38][39][40] Durkan responded that the SPD would return peacefully in the near future.[41][42] On June 28, she met with protesters and informed them that the city planned to remove most barricades and limit the activist area to the East Precinct building and the street in front of it.[43][44][45] That day, CHOP organizers expressed their intention to refocus on the area near the police station and away from the sprawling encampment at Cal Anderson Park after it became a political liability and they struggled to maintain security.[46] In the early morning of June 29, a fourth shooting left a 16-year-old boy dead and a 14-year-old boy in critical condition with gunshot wounds.[47][48][49][50] Calling the situation "dangerous and unacceptable", SPD Chief Best told reporters: "Enough is enough. We need to be able to get back into the area."[51] On July 1, after the mayor issued an executive order, Seattle police cleared the area of protesters and reclaimed its East Precinct station.[3][17][52][53][54] Protests continued in Seattle and at the CHOP site over the following days and months.[55][56][57]
...

10) Returning to this theme of yours "deflection"; This nation suffered through four years of that with the phony "Trump and Russia colluded to steal the election from SHillary." nonsense. Followed by a kangaroo court "Impeachment" which failed to prove the initial premise/cause.

After eight years of socialist~leftist destruction of our country via Obama-nation, we got a brief reprieve and some slight "damage control" via Trump before having another questionable election result place another pair of "Manchurian Candidates" in power.

Our Nation's Darkest Hours continue ...

I am deflecting? your bias is showing. Antifa & BLM riots=good? No, I know you aren't saying that. Um, no. No, rioting is wrong no matter who or what or WHY. Second of all, Democrats have demurely and ever so quietly tacitly endorsed multiple F*CKING race riots for a year! That cost billions and untold lives not to mention the moral and psychological damage, and we look like idiots overseas. What happened on Jan 6th was equally as wrong, but lets stop pretending what happened on Jan. 6th was the be-all-end-all. It was relatively speaking, small potatoes. Here's a great idea, lets have a Congressional hearing on ALL the Flippin' riots, sound bi partisan and fair to you?
