A no-brainer it would get struck down in the courts

Probably caused more people to NOT get health insurance just to rebel against it

It will be appealed and subsequently stand. Embrace the horror because this is a fight we ultimately won't win.

It's a terrible plan for reforming health care as far as I can tell.

It didn't reform the problems associated with third party HC insurance it exascerbated them.

If the plan was to get a handle on keeping costs down, this was certainly not the way to do it.
