Mandated equal pay for women was passed in 1962

Any company that says "Computer programmer wanted , male 50k, female 30k" can be sued out of existence.

When the Democrats talk about "equal pay for women" , you ASSUME that's what they are talking about.

What they are talking about are averages.

For example ,

Males 35 to 40 average 60k, while females 35 to 40 average 50K

It's downright scary to think what rules they plan to implement to change their perceived statistics.

HERE'S THE REAL NEWS.



I didn't go to college.

---My girlfriend , at the time, who went to state college told me that males that had better grades than she did weren't being accepted.

I went to HVAC trade school because I had nothing going for me and I couldn't earn more than $8.50 per hour.

---Girls that I knew that didn't go to college, didn't have great jobs, but they didn't have problems staying employed. Many had the same jobs for years.

After I graduated trade school , I walked into a nightmare. The first 5 years I was being laid-off every 8 months to 2 years. I was being paid approx. 24k per year. For the first time in my life I had to try to maintain dignity while people would act ruthless toward me.

---Women go to work and companies bend over backwards to be nice to them , and they don't know it and are not aware of the contrast.

Even though it's impossible to run a HVAC company without skilled technicians, companies continue to force the idea that technicians are a dime a dozen, are laid off after summer, and can be trained in a couple of months to do the job.

---Women at the same companies who answer phones and file paperwork have secure jobs, and in many cases earn more money than the technicians and installers who bring in the revenue.

One time I took advice from my sister and when to a temp agency. The agency gave me one job that was never intended to be full time and didn't match my HVAC background. After the one job ended the agency put me on the "call us on Monday to see if there is work" schedule, as they placed new males in their one job.

---My sister, who only wanted part-time work and would quit when they switched her to full time, would have on-going relationships with temp agencies who would continue to find her jobs she would quit. My sister votes Democrat to make things easier for women to get work, but she doesn't want to work.



Male workers are pretty much being reduced to work prostitutes where they stand outside hoping to get picked up.

---I know of several females who were promoted to higher positions who never applied for the position, and told their company they felt they weren't qualified

After working for some of the most well known HVAC companies in my area in their jobs that were over-rated crap, I got my current good job out of pure luck (or intervention from God) I was on employment and a company in my area saw my unemployment resume, and my employer pretty much hires the first person who walks through the door.

I know it's human nature to read this post and not want to believe any of it, but I've seen it, and lived it, and there's no way i'm going to have kids that can't be able to get a basic job without being effected by the Socialist conspiracies.
