A 32-year-old man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after an 11-year-old girl was stabbed in London’s Leicester Square on Monday.

Ioan Pintaru, a Romanian national with no fixed address, is also charged with possession of a bladed article.

I never like answering senseless violence with just more violence. Instead, it sometimes makes me wonder if some of those medieval people didn't have the right idea creasing some of their torture devices? Imagine an iron horse in a room about 95°, where you took a guy like that and strapped him naked over the iron horse, with a 500° iron dildo right below his ass on one end and a pair of 440VAC electrodes under his nutsack. Then you strap an 80 pound sack of cement to his back.

You lock him in and walk away for the weekend. He is fine, all he has to do now is not fall asleep or his legs give out and sit down on that horse in exhaustion. No food, no water, just a picture of that little girl in front of him on the wall. Of course you know, sooner or later, he'll just have to give out and sit down.
