I would love to see her kicked out of Congress I would thoroughly enjoy her getting deported.

But I don’t want her to be killed, injured or in any way subject to the risk of harm over opposition to her politics. We don’t do business that way here in the U.S. and we shouldn’t.

I find it difficult to believe an unknown substance was sprayed on a sitting member of Congress and the room wasn't cleared and people evacuated under abundance of caution.

In fact that's exactly what would have happened. Staged and a very poor job of it

While I am vehemently anti-Omar, the attacker needs to be prosecuted for attacking her. Any anti-Omar protesters should just be in the back of the room with megaphones, whistles, drums and screaming against her, just like her side does. Just no physical contact.

Yes, The guy should be prosecuted to the fullest! This can not be allowed in any circumstance with speakers expressing their freedom of speech. But if we hear sometime down the road, he's found mentally incompetant and then let off the hook, at that point I would be thinking it was possibly staged and the guy was paid, and assured there would be no lasting prosecution.
For now however, I guess take it at face value.
