This points out a cultural difference between American and British criminals...something anti-gunners just refuse to understand. The shooters in this case shot the victim in the thigh....they aimed low to shoot, but not kill. This is also something the criminals in Ireland do....shooting is a punishment, not a death sentence, and in Ireland, the families of the victim present them for the shooting, and the criminals let the victim get drunk or drugged up before the shooting....

The criminals from different cultures have different practices...I know that is hard for left wing, anti-gun extremists to grasp, their brains being so small....but this is the truth......

Updates as man gunned down while walking in street

We will be bringing you the latest after a shooting in Huyton last night.

The 25-year-old victim was gunned down as he was walking with a friend last night.

He was blasted in the thigh as he made his way on Hathersage Road in what police have termed a "targeted attack" around 11.15pm.

Police say his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
