Is she a DEI hire? How do you know? To all intents and purposes, she seems to be a very intelligent, well thought out legal mind. How would you know? Are you trying to say she did not deserve the appointment? If you are, you are also admitting that DEI is not about finding equally qualified candidates, but about checking off a box. If you are not, how do you know she wasn't simply a good candidate at the time?

.Nobody needs special rights or preferences.... If it were up to Democratic party we would have only electric cars.. Our energy prices would be skyrocketed. Our healthcare would be worse then it is now, wouldn't be allowed to choose what procedures we could have or what we couldn't have, that'd be up to government bureaucrats. We'd lose our constitutional rights to bear arms . We'd lose the right to raise our kids as we see fit, without them being indoctrinated into the homosexual transgender, anti-American agenda...
