Honestly, the world has gone full J. B. S. Haldane--- my parents simply would not believe the state of affairs.

The world today is stranger than anyone of my generation could have ever expected it to become.

It is like all of the adults left the house for years then are surprised when they come back that the children and dogs have all taken it over and ruined everything.

How does a whackjob like this even find his way into educating our kids? Worse, how does any adult not simply restrain themselves realizing this is just very inappropriate behavior for children?

It's kind of hard to say you're only against it when they're shoving it down your throat and then attack their livelihood for what they do in their own home. No one is forced to go to his pages and look. No one is being hurt. This is just a bunch of people with pitchforks and torches. If he was doing this in the classroom, I'd agree. But he isn't. He's doing it on his own time away from the students.

I understand that parents are protective, but honestly he has all the same rights to post things online as anyone else. They're not harmful in anyway and he isn't saying anything inappropriate about students or that he's trying to indoctrinate him. I just can't fault him for what he's doing in his own time away from school.

If it turns out he's in contact with them after hours and is trying to groom them inside and out of class, then I agree. He would need to be terminated. But as of right now I have no information detailing such events. No one is being endangered or exposed to anything against their will so I have to side with the teacher on this.
