Like I pointed out, when you combine it with all the other existing evidence it proves Obama's DOJ, NSA, CIA, FBI, and State Department colluded and collaborated on a plan / plot to prevent Trump from winning and conducting a coup d'état should he win, a plan consisting of multiple strategies:
- Non-Existent Russian Collusion
- Obstruction
- 25th Amendment

Obstruction fell through, the 25th Amendment would be seen for what it was - a coup, and the best option remained the Hillary-purchased Russian-authored Dossier illegally used to go after Trump. This plan was preferred because of their 'Insurance Policy', Mueller.
