Majority Of Voters Call For Special Counselt To Investigate Left's COUP Attempt Against Pres Trump

What, the DOJ ran out of prosecutors?
There is no need for another special prosecutor. A plain ole 'pool prosecutor will suffice just fine.
The Democrats declared a Special Prosecutor was required in a case where there was NO CRIME and NO EVIDENCE. If that's the case, then a Special Prosecutor is DEFINITELY needed on this case where there is an overwhelming amount of evidence of Democrat crimes!

(Psssst....BTW, the DOJ has been exposed as part of the coup attempt, so letting them do the investigation would (seem) be like asking Jack the Ripper to investigate who was slashing throats...)
I"m not a Democrat nor do I care what they do.

"Earlier this week fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who served as acting director after James Comey was fired in May 2017, made headlines when he alleged meetings took place at the Department of Justice about ousting President Trump from office.

NOW the majority of voters believe crimes were likely committed by DOJ and FBI officials and they want a special prosecutor to investigate."

The American people suffered through 2+ years of a treasonous, seditious conspiracy involving Obama's DOJ, NSA, CIA, and FBI attempting to oust the newly elected President and overthrow the current government while the witch hunters ignored the overwhelming abundance of evidence of Democrat crimes and the exposed treasonous coup d'état.

It's time now to reclaim those befouled criminal-plagued agencies, to smoke the traitors / conspirators out, and send them to prison.

Most voters say top Justice Department and FBI officials are likely to have acted criminally when they secretly discussed removing President Trump from office and think a special prosecutor is needed to investigate.

"Fifty-six percent (56%) of Likely U.S. Voters believe senior federal law enforcement officials are likely to have broken the law in their discussions in May 2017 to oust Trump.

Fifty-one percent (51%) think a special prosecutor should be named to investigate the discussions among senior Justice Department and FBI officials in May 2017 to remove the president from office."

Dumbfuck... the Special Counsel is a Republican who was appointed by a Republican. That Republican was filling in for another Republican who recused himself due to his own ties with Russia. That Republican was also appointed by a Republican who was elected president, largely by Republican voters.

1* Should a special prosecutor be named to investigate the discussions among senior Justice Department and FBI officials in May 2017 to remove President Trump from office?

2* How likely is it that senior federal law enforcement officials broke the law in their discussions to remove President Trump from office – very likely, somewhat likely, not very likely or not at all likely?

3* What type of disciplinary action should be taken against senior federal law enforcement officials who discussed removing President Trump from office. Should they be jailed, fired, formally reprimanded, or should no disciplinary action be taken?

NOTE: Margin of Sampling Error, +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence
As presidental job approval polling proves, Rasmussen is among the least accurate of the pollsters.

Discussing whether the President can be removed via the 25th Amendment is neither treason nor a coup. If it were, there would be no way to effectuate the 25th Amendment, rendering it useless and irrelevant.

And constitutional conservatives believe the constitution is infallible.
Wrong. The FBI has no business even discussing whether the 25th Amendment should be used to remove Trump.
it's called impeachment and done by congress. the FBI nor DOJ are allowed. simply put.
LOLOL

Dumbfuck, the 25th Amendment is not impeachment. It’s to remove, permanently or temporarily, a president who’s unfit to serve; whereas impeachment is the mechanism to remove a president from office who’s committed a crime.

What does the 25th Amendment have to do with impeachment?

What are the FBI and DOJ allowed to do regarding the 25th Amendment?
well the 25th amendment is to replace a president that has died. that's all it is. When did trump die? Instead, congress must impeach to remove. And only they can ever use the 25th amendment, not the FBI or DOJ. I'm unaware the FBI or DOJ can remove a sitting president, they need congress to do that.
”well the 25th amendment is to replace a president that has died. that's all it is.”

Dumbfuck... the 25th Amendment was used on Nixon, Reagan and Bush. According to rightards like you, that’s because they all died in office. :cuckoo:

25th Amendment in Action

Portions of the 25th Amendment have been invoked several times.

In 1973, Spiro Agnew became the first vice president to resign due to scandal after being charged with political corruption. The 25th Amendment required then-President Richard Nixon to nominate a new vice president for Congressional approval. Nixon appointed Gerald Ford and Congress approved the nomination.

In August 1974, the 25th Amendment compelled Vice President Gerald Ford to become president after Nixon resigned. This left the vice presidency unoccupied, so Ford invoked the 25th amendment again and nominated Nelson Rockefeller to fill the vacancy.

On July 13, 1985, President Ronald Reagan used the 25th Amendment to transfer power to Vice President George H.W. Bush while he underwent surgery for colon cancer.

On June 29, 2002, President George W. Bush invoked Section 3 of the 25th Amendment prior to going under anesthesia for a colonoscopy and briefly made Vice President Dick Cheney the acting president. He did the same again when he had another colonoscopy in 2007.

Hmmmm, not true. Rasmussen has been more accurate in the last three election cycles than most of the other major polls. An election is where you can actually verify the accuracy of a poll.
