Could somebody please define "mainstream media"? I keep hearing the term, but all the new outlets I would consider mainstream seem to use it as though it is someone other than themselves. You know, the bad people over at Fox News or CNN or whoever the rival network is.
Perhaps a deeper question, with so many different networks with different views, are there mainstream media at all?
