How stupid do you have to be to believe that even the craziest of the rioters on January 6th thought they were going to overthrow the government and install Trump as a dictator?
Seriously. That is THE MOST DELUSIONAL political belief that one can have in this era of delusions.
As for Maddow, I'm reminded of a quote by Lawrence Garfield (Danny DeVito) in the classic film, "Other Peoples' Money": The surest path to bankruptcy is getting a larger and larger share of a declining market. Her show failed because her rhetoric brought her a greater and greater share of a shrinking group of Leftist idiots who took her seriously.
