I dont know any big airport you can walk into. It is hard to get there, costly to park, long walk one-way in. They could be stopped at the entry if it was a big mob all at once seen on camera by security back to the parking garage.

If they were dropped off out front by big bus loads at ARRIVALS they would be seen but they are very close then to 10 entry doors I suppose.
