They cops got mad cause he led them on chase. they pulled some shit after he was handcuffed that they need to held account able for. not saying the black guy was perfect he was higher then shit and did lead them on a chase. the cops let there anger get the better of them.

exactly these cops went to far casue they were mad. all caes are differnt though.
