Cant believe there wasnt a thread on this yet.
Researchers claim to have found a hidden city underneath Egypt’s Pyramids of Giza. In a “groundbreaking” study, scientists from Italy and Scotland have discovered “a vast underground city” beneath these famed pyramids.
“This groundbreaking study has redefined the boundaries of satellite data analysis and archaeological exploration,” the project’s spokesperson, Nicole Ciccolo, said in a press briefing on March 15, according to The Sun.

Scientists claim to have discovered eight vertical cylinder-shaped wells, known as shafts, surrounded by “spiral staircases” under the Khafre Pyramid.

These shafts extend over 6,500 feet across and span over 2,100 feet below the pyramids. The spiral pathways around each well connect to two 80-meter cube-shaped structures, as per The Sun report.

My question is, why are people quickly saying this is BS? How do they know? Just because they never saw this before, doesnt mean this isnt true.
Closed minded people shouldnt be involved in the sciences.

I saw that yesterday but thought there was too much guess work and speculation to post of it.

That said at least it was more interesting than another CC "study". ;)

Lol, right?
There is. But there is obviously something down there.
The size of it is a bit out of this world though. But maybe thats the best thing about it ;)

Yea. It doesnt seem to make sense what they said they found. Would be very interesting if there really is a bunch of stuff below but 1.2Miles below it? Sounds weird.

I don't see why it could not be true. There are several other underground metropolis that have been found.

I have no idea what sent humans underground, but seems it was protection from something?

But it was the depth that gets me. The size of it.
And I would like to know what a huge pillar of that size does. Maybe grain tubes? 🤪

Maybe air vents to go so deep??? Yes, the depth is incredible!

Probably just misread data.

Dr Zahi Hawass, Egypt’s former minister of antiquities and a prominent authority on the pyramids, has categorically rejected these findings. Speaking to The National, Hawass called the claims “completely wrong” and said the techniques used were “neither scientifically approved nor validated.” He stressed that decades of studies using muon tomography, gravimetry, and conventional radar have revealed no evidence of such vast underground structures.

I don't see how they could excavate so deep without advanced equipment, either?
Right. Which is why I believe they misread data or are misrepresenting the data. No way those structures are down there - in my uninformed opinion.

The technology they are using is pretty cool and accurate. They're using SAR which is a synthetic aperture used to take pictures of almost microscopic vibrations. We use 3D seismic to look at the formation bed dips and faults using charges at the surface which is similar to the new technology these two guys used. Hello, stargate!!!!!!!!!!!................

I never was convinced that a bunch of goatherder slaves riding camels could cut those limestone rocks with such precision. They had help. We can't even duplicate it 4500 years later.
