Of course, this had to go through the Senate and Obama has to sign it, so don't hold up much hope.
But, it's obvious the arrogance displayed in the house last year and earlier this year by Democrats is beginning to dissipate in the face of losing their jobs come November.
Funny how losing one's job will turn Democrats into carbon copies of Bush.
