Building 7 was brought down by 25,000 gallons of diesel fuel then Mayor Giuliani thought was a good idea to store inside that building -- which had been showered with flaming debris from Towers 1 and 2.

The reason why the World Trade Center Towers collapsed the way they did was explained by a committee consisting of high-ranking Fire Department officials, a variety of engineers and architects, including those who designed the Towers. Their conclusion in a nutshell is the unique nature of the Towers' wind-resisting construction accounted for the way they came down. Their detailed explanation of the cause was very convincing.

Moron.... the photo you posted depicts exactly what I said ... building #7 was right across the street with only one building between them. The north tower was little more than 200 feet wide. That put it about 400 feet away from building #7, not much further away than the length of a football field. Thousands of tons of steel and concrete mushroomed out from the tower as it collapsed and much of it fell on building #7. Enough to destroy the building's sprinkler system and cause major structural damage.
