Can anyone explain why it needs to be a living document? What does making it a living document, allow that being a strictly interpreted document can not? Face facts people. What part of the currently amendeded constitution would that be? Saying it is not a living document is not the same as saying it can not be changed. You just have to follow the rules of doing so. Next red herring please.
