Maryland is going to start treating the trump administration like the deadbeat debtor they are. The feds withheld million of dollars in school funding at the last minute so they will be holding back payments and placing liens on federal properties to make up the difference.

Seems like an almost diabolically good plan to me.

This is highly illegal. You must have a legal reason to put a lien in someone's personal property. If you don't you can be sued to nonexistence. They would have to sue and win in court. You can't just "put a lien" on property. Doesn't work that way.

Let them try.

"personal property"?

And I think they have legal reasons.

They just all want to believe that they can make up a thousand new ways to hurt President Trump.

It's their reason for living.

NO PLAN
At the risk of denigrating my own sweet self --- a girly plan supported by Big girls like DeCrappy to hide their sadness and grief .

They will , of course , be quickly told to behave themselves .
And naturally they will ---- being light weight and basically air and cotton .

The legal reasons are in the new State laws they are proposing.
