I don't think so. I don't like the government there but I must admit the progress made is very impressive. You can thank western companies for making this transformation possible. Even if these companies are to withdraw from China completely, it's already too late. They gain enough knowledge to be self sufficient. The quality, however still needs work to satisfy westernized standards.

Lol...no, I don't listen to the CCP propaganda. They do have economic problems but they made huge progress bettering the lives of millions. Look at Shanghai 30 years ago compare with today. Who could have imagined that China is able to build their own space station and landing a rover in the moon 20 years ago. They are building 6G while this country can barely get 5G off the ground. They are continuing to advance in semiconductor, although still lagging.
