Obama appointed the FBI Director and he's Obama's pawn. So they did this things to show that the Election system is not rigged or such things. And in doing so they can prevent any prostests from Trump supporters. And because they're sure about winning the election, They don't care about the hillary's .....

Hillary's gonna lose because of this. The whole election has been political theater, I'm afraid, but I think it got out of control due to an unanticipated hit from the FBI. Otherwise, it was all meant to seem like an exciting roller coaster ride that ended up, inevitably, with Hillary.
