That gives their employees more pay(not having to pay dues) better ability to provide for their own retirements and better cars, because they are allowed to excel, while a union member can only be marginal because of their Contract. really? What I see is companies going bankrupt because their executives are too greedy and make terrible decisions.

Take the Auto Industry. Detroit kept cranking out gas guzzlers while the Germans and Japanese developed fuel efficient cars. Yeah, we laughed at Toyota and Volkswagen in the 70's but by the 80's, they were eating Detroit's lunch. So Detroit fought back by developing cars like the Chevette, the Escort, the Gremlin and other lemons that were so bad that Congress had to pass anti-Lemon laws.
